I will shoot your wedding discreetly – so you, your loved ones and guests won’t notice me too much as I work away. It's very much a fly-on-the-wall shooting style, capturing natural reactions, and the “real moments”, without having to pose people or ask them to do anything except enjoy the day. I want to blend in almost as if I'm a guest, and I've cultivated this style over two decades!

For almost 20 years, I've been shooting wedding occasions of all kinds, capturing authentic moments, whether it's in the most beautiful outdoor locations, luxury hotels or a back garden. The great wedding images are found through having a trained intuition for anticipating the moment, in search of the truth and love.

The best images and the greatest moments are captured when the couple and their loved ones are not aware of the camera. Posing and staging has its value and place, but I prefer to be a follower of the action for the most part. I want to quietly observe and find the magic, and not have you pretend. This is about moments being anticipated and discovered, and then captured and preserved for you and future generations.

I want you to look at my work and ask yourself: do those people seem or feel like they're being prompted by me? Or, is it an authentic moment without orchestration, with no or minimal direction? The photojournalist style allows me to capture the authentic spirit and personality of couples and their loved ones, in a way that posed shots never do. The greatness of a wedding is told in motion pictures that are discovered - that will be my mission and intention at your wedding.
